Delivery & Refund Policy

Nemaries provides digital content-protection services on a subscription basis. Because our services are entirely digital, no physical product is shipped. This policy explains how services are delivered and the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled. It forms an integral part of our Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Delivery of Services

Our service is a digital subscription. For digital services, "delivery" means activation of the subscription and access to the service through your account — there is no physical shipment and no shipping fee.

  • Access is provisioned immediately after payment is confirmed, and in any case within 24 hours.
  • The service is used online through your account at nemaries.com for the duration of the subscription period.
  • If activation does not occur within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital services, provided performance has not yet begun with your prior express consent.

When you request that the service start immediately, you expressly consent to the commencement of performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. If performance has only partially occurred, a pro-rata charge for the portion already provided may apply to any refund.

4. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider iyzico.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
  • No fee is charged for processing an approved refund.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • The service for the relevant period has already been fully performed after your express consent to immediate performance.
  • The withdrawal period has expired and the service has been used.
  • The subscription was terminated due to a breach of our terms or misuse of the service.

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected by this section.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to [email protected] with the email address associated with your account and, if available, your payment reference. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
